How is the course price calculated?
The registration page starts from the listed course fee per participant, applies the current group-booking discount automatically, and then adds 20% VAT to the discounted subtotal.
Which group discounts are available?
Bookings for 2 participants receive 20% off, 3 to 4 participants receive 30% off, and 5 or more participants receive 50% off the course subtotal before VAT is added.
Which payment methods do you support?
The admissions team can issue invoices for bank transfer payments and can confirm available card-payment options when they respond to your registration request.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds and transfer requests are handled by the admissions team based on the published course terms, session timing, and delegate changes. Add any refund or transfer question in your notes and the team will confirm the policy with your booking response.
