A well-researched and clearly presented Feasibility Study provides the evidence necessary to enable more effective selection of projects to start and/or continue. It also provides the organisation with the information necessary to make the best selection from different ways forward with a project. This will include the consideration of the organisation’s ability to deliver the project as well as the value of the project to the organisation and its overall vision and mission.
